Raw pieces of tuna cut into cubes, then marinated with soy sauce and sesame oil and mixed with onion. Chef Matt adds his special Magic Butter to boost the flavor and bring it all together
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh tuna, cubed
- ½ cup soy sauce (Infused with Magic Butter machine)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, sesame seeds, and red peppers to a bowl and stir.
- Add tuna, mix and let marinate for 2 hours. Best if used the same day.
- Serve with rice or with toasted slice bruschetta
