Whip up this quick dessert favorite infused chocolate mousse recipe using Bhang Chocolate. Chef Matt Style.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Bhang Dark Blueberry chocolate bar
  • ½ cup of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Cool Whip
  • Optional: blackberries. Shaved chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with water; stir until smooth.
  2. Stir a small amount of hot chocolate mixture into egg yolk; return all to the pan, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from the heat; Stir in vanilla.
  5. Quickly transfer to a small bowl. Stir occasionally until completely cooled.
