Simple pasta recipe featuring roasted cherry tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash. Healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1LB Boneless Rib Eye Steak
- 2 TBS CBDailyEats Chili Oil (50mgs)
- 2 TBS Soy Sauce
- 2 TBS Chef Matt seasoning
- 2 C Squash and Zucchini noodle mix
- 1 C Cherry tomatoes (Sliced in half)
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tsp Chef Matt Seasoning
- 2 TBS Chef Matt EVOO (50mgs)
Instructions
- Mix Chili oil, soy sauce, and rub in zip lock and and mix.
- Add Steak to mixture in bag and let marinate 4-6 hours. (Allow steak to rest at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking)
- Heat pan over medium heat then add steak. Cook on both sides until desired doneness.
- Heat pan over medium heat and add Olive oil.
- Add tomatoes and garlic and sauté for 3 mins.
- Add vegetable noodles and season until vegetables are al dente.
