CBD Steak and Squash Noodles w Cherry Tomatoes

Simple pasta recipe featuring roasted cherry tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash. Healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1LB Boneless Rib Eye Steak
  • 2 TBS CBDailyEats Chili Oil (50mgs)
  • 2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 2 TBS Chef Matt seasoning
  • 2 C Squash and Zucchini noodle mix
  • 1 C Cherry tomatoes (Sliced in half)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tsp Chef Matt Seasoning
  • 2 TBS Chef Matt EVOO (50mgs)

Instructions

  1. Mix Chili oil, soy sauce, and rub in zip lock and and mix.
  2. Add Steak to mixture in bag and let marinate 4-6 hours. (Allow steak to rest at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking)
  3. Heat pan over medium heat then add steak. Cook on both sides until desired doneness.
  4. Heat pan over medium heat and add Olive oil.
  5. Add tomatoes and garlic and sauté for 3 mins.
  6. Add vegetable noodles and season until vegetables are al dente.
